Vera Underwear (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a fashion e-commerce brand offering women’s underwear and related products. We operate internationally, including delivery to customers in Australia.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you:

  • Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery in Australia

  • We deliver to all states and territories within Australia.

  • Standard delivery: 3–8 business days (delays may occur during sales or holidays).

  • Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Orders are shipped from our international or domestic warehouse partners.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note: Vera Underwear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vera Underwear purchase. If you are not satisfied:

  • You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

  • Underwear bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

8. Liability

  • Vera Underwear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We do not warrant that the website or any content is error-free or uninterrupted.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Any disputes shall be resolved within the Australian legal framework.
