📦 Shipping Policy – Vera Underwear

We’re committed to delivering your Vera Underwear quickly, reliably, and with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order — both within Australia and internationally.


🚚 Shipping within Australia

We ship to all states and territories across Australia.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm AEST may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to events outside our control (e.g. public holidays, natural disruptions, carrier delays).


🌎 International Shipping

We also ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary per destination.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

We are working to expand our global delivery options. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at vera@veraunderwear.com and we will do our best to help.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders are dispatched from our international warehouse and/or local fulfilment partners, depending on stock location.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number.

  • A link to follow your parcel via our delivery partner (e.g. Australia Post, DHL, Sendle).

If your tracking link is not working after 48 hours, please contact us at vera@veraunderwear.com.


📭 Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:

  • Incorrect addresses.

  • Failed delivery attempts.

  • Local postal errors.

If your order is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional costs may apply.


❗ Delayed or Lost Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link.

  2. Contact the carrier directly.

  3. Still no update? Email us at vera@veraunderwear.com and we will help investigate and resolve the issue.
