Return policy

✔️ Easy 30-Day Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging, with hygiene stickers and tags attached

  • Free from damage, stains, perfume or deodorant marks

You do not need to give a reason, although we always appreciate feedback.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear bottoms (briefs, thongs, etc.)

  • Worn items

  • Items marked as “final sale”

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please email vera@veraunderwear.com within 7 days and we will resolve the issue quickly.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or we made an error.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


💳 Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay

  • Afterpay or Klarna (where available)

All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store payment data on our servers.


🛡️ Payment Disputes

We reserve the right to reject refund claims if:

  • Items are returned clearly worn or damaged

  • Returns are made outside the 30-day window

  • Fraudulent chargebacks are filed without contacting us first

If you encounter an issue, please contact us before opening a dispute. We resolve the vast majority of cases quickly and fairly.
